1. Effective Delivery
Based on a set of data about deliveries collected from more than 500.000 delivery rides, your job will be to find the best possible route planning and effective use of resources available. Can you create an algorithm that finds bottlenecks based on the data that were provided? Discover cases of the low driver and car utilization or find cases of low resources for a huge chunk of orders.
2. Experience eMobility on the road
Find new solutions for the users and operators of the electric cars to provide them with innovative user environment. Where is it ideal for me to charge my car? How long does it take and what is the final price for charging – at home, at work or at a public station? Should I adjust my driving style to reach my destination? Which data are relevant for me while driving the car? Are there some relevant patterns to differentiate between drivers? Come up with unique solutions and transform your ideas into reality. Both historic and live data from the electric vehicles and charging stations will be provided to you. While working on the project, you will also have a chance to try one of the electric cars on your own.
3. Car UX
Create the infotainment of the SUV of the future – ŠKODA KODIAQ model year 2029. How would the infotainment of the future look like and what features will it offer?
4. Best maps for eMobility
Create the best and user-friendly navigation Map for eV users. The current state of these maps is not satisfactory – every provider has usually its own closed system and the data are not shared across other maps. Create the best map with the best UX that will explain the process of charging an EV in a friendly manner.
5. Shared and clean mobility as a B2B service
Can you hack a green UBER for companies?
6. Urban Transport
Bus shelter as an Oasis of safety, information and comfort.
7. Value Prediction
How much will your car be worth in the future?
8. Fresh for the Road
Hack the technology to keep food cool and monitor its expiry dates on the shelves of Shell petrol station convenience shops.
9. The Responsible Urban
If you live at the outskirts of a city without convenient public transport access, you depend on your car. You have to make sure you get to work on time, your kids are not late for school or their karate lesson. Same worries apply when you want to have fun in the evening. Getting to the pub without a car can be quite a riddle while returning home is often the trickiest part. Do you dare to tackle this challenge and help people have more fun?

Create the best smart parking solution for a big city: one that will take into account all the travelers (commuters to and from the city) and available spots (on-street and off-street parking). Identify the data sets that will be necessary for creating such a service. You will have plenty of data available from the open data sources from Prague City Hall and other public authorities.
Create a route planner for safe micro-mobility in a city. Help find the safest route for city scooters, shared bikes and similar transport vehicles. Help their users – give them a route planner that will find the ideal route under any weather circumstances.
Design the Future of carsharing. Do not limit yourselves with old strategies – think about how carsharing can be developed service and which new functions it could offer. You will have data from already existing carsharing platforms (Uniqway and HoppyGo) available. Think also what could carsharing offer in cooperation with further partners – public transport operators, ŠKODA car dealers etc.
